Allow a support technician to connect using ISL


  1. In order to allow a support representative to connect to your machine using ISL, you must first download ISL to your machine from http://www.ehti.net/ISL. 
  2. Once the file is downloaded, run the program.
  3. Enter the code the support engineer gives you
  4. Once connected, the support engineer will request to view your screen.  You will receive a popup confirming that you want to grant them access.  Click "Yes"
